Defective shoes. No one ever replied from bruno magli, despite multiple emails.
I own several pairs of Bruno Maglis, all in size 11. With this pair, also in size 11, I packed them for a business trip without trying them on, assuming they'd fit perfectly. But both my heels were swimming in the shoes, as the heels were apparently constructed for clown feet. So I had to purchase *three sets* of heel pads to simply walk to my meeting without my shoes falling off. Total lack of response from Bruno Magli so finally decided to just return them.

The shoes are made very well and look very stylish.

I LOVE these shoes. I wear them to the office, and they are stylish, perfectly styled and very comfortable. I purchase the burnt color; however, I'm going back for a pair of black. These are good with a suit or business casual.

Disappointed
I really wanted this shoe , but when you said it was on sale , i purchased it and then you returned my money because you said it was un available (during the holiday black Friday sale) I’m sure it’s available now back at the more profitable the price point
Size was
Completely wrong At a minimum 1/2 large And more likely a full size to big I wear 9.5. US I ordered 9.5 they arrived marked 9.5 They were Easily 10. And more likely 10.5 I wore reluctantly to a formal event I purchased for And promptly gave them away the next day

These are the most comfortable dress shoes I ever bought & they look amazing !!!!
