RETURN POLICY

You can return *most items purchased within 30 days from delivery of the order by following these instructions:

  1. Visit the RETURNS PORTAL
  2. Complete the step-by-step product return guide to print a return-shipping label
  3. Pack merchandise in its original packaging, just as you received it.
  4. Contact UPS to arrange the pick-up or drop it to a UPS point near you.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, tags and packaging included.
  • *Products marked as FINAL SALE ending with $.98 cannot be returned.
  • BrunoMagli.com is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
 

If there are issues with delivery of an order, such as non-delivery or damage to products, BrunoMagli.com must be notified within 14 days of the shipping date or we will be unable to assist with replacement or refund.

When applicable

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable
  • Sale prices do not apply to past purchases.
