The blue suede is darker than expected
I received my new Dezi shoes. Arrived quickly and look great. The picture on the website shows the blue suede trim to be a light blue (I’ll call it Carolina blue) but the actual shoe has a darker blue suede (Duke blue).
Underwhelmed
I am a big fan of Bruno Magli. I have been for years, I have eleven pairs of them and they're amazing and comfortable. I really liked the deep brown paired with a strikingly white sole. But that feeling quickly dissipated when i put them on. First off, they came ladder laced. Whomever laced them was not proficient in lacing that particular way, so me, being retired military, relaced them correctly. Once on, they are not comfortable, the insole has little to no padding, there is no arch support, the vent holes on the toe area are fake, so there is no ventilation. The tongue of the shoe has no padding, and the lace holes go too far up and put pressure on the top of your ankle that's not just uncomfortable, it hurts. I gave them a week of walking around in them. they were still uncomfortable and still hurt the top of my ankle. I'm sorry Bruno Magli, but this is not a good shoe.

When first slipping on the shoes and walking around noticed an instant difference from any other comfortable shoe I put on in years! Highest quality shoe I’ve seen ….
Questionable Quality Control
The stitching ran low through the outside of the sole in some sections of both shoes as if the person putting them together couldn't follow a straight line, and the coloring was wildly different between them. One is a cool dark brown, one is a very reddish dark brown. I think this pair was cobbled together from two returned pairs.
Right now the Dezi Cup is my favorite work sneaker.
Super high-quality, durable and comfortable. I own at least 10 pair of Bruno’s in different styles and love them all. The shoes are always beautiful but customer service can be a little slow to resolve an issue, but at the end, they always make it right. Thank you
Plain Stupid lies
That customer that said he received used shoes from Bruno Magli is plain false . Bruno Magli has been around for a long time with excellent customer service and are very proud of the quality of their shoes . I have several pairs of Bruno Magli shoes and I have never experienced any problems with them throughout the years .
Sent used shoes
Paid for overnight shipping, just to be sent previously worn shoes. Customer service is completely ignoring my request for a shipping refund and will not respond to me. Was excited for the shoes, but couldn’t be more disappointed with the experience, and quality control. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
